- Lead Gridstream Advanced Metering Infrastructure system installations, troubleshooting installation issues on various customer environments, providing support and management to clients worldwide
- Developed PowerShell and batch (.bat) scripts for use in monitoring Gridstream IT systems (integrating Microsoft Messaging Queues, Windows Services, & Application Pools)
- Work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database systems and data warehouses, including SQL development, data analysis, read, write & update queries, and executing procedures
- Work with clients internationally including America, Canada and Guam on client site, which included documenting client processes and leading training sessions and discussions
- Performed first article testing (FAT) on initial hardware (meters) and software (meter configuration) for large scale Gridstream AMI utility projects
- Reported bugs and defects of the application and followed their fixes through the software development life cycle all the way to production environment
- Read C# using Visual Studio to identify root cause of issues
- Setup and tested AMI smart meters with client specific meter programs and requirements
- Documented CRM tickets to ensure future issues can be searched and resolved easily
